With that said, companies are increasingly looking to have employees try to readopt many pre-pandemic work practices. As a result, businesses and employees are navigating new paths towards what will ultimately become the newest normal. What are the current and future challenges companies face? How do employees make the most of their new ways of working while balancing wok, home and their own well-being?
